After being a little too aggressive during a kettle bell workout, my back was so tight and uncomfortable that I had limited mobility. It literally felt like a slab of marble. Dr. Bidwell performed spinal manipulation, trigger point therapy and electrical muscle stimulation therapy. Thanks to Dr. Bidwell’s expertise, I was able to ‘hit the slopes’ in Utah the following week!
